Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Logos: All "Sub Twill Patches" are 2.25" in diameter, even if on a left chest. Embroidered left chest logos are larger. The Mondor Unisex Jackets are available with the Girl or Boy skater in the logo on the back.

Sizing: We have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. There are different brands and styles of apparel offered which will have different fits. We have many Mondor and Chloe items available for fitting at our location in Maplewood. Many people in Hastings already have these items and may be able to answer sizing questions.

Delivery: Orders will be distributed in Hastings by Amanda at Skate School in late November or Early Dec. *We do not anticipate any back-orders; however, if this happens when back-orders arrive, we will let you know and they will be available for pick-up at Strauss in Maplewood.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
